The Soho Resort of Korantina Homes has become a collector of international awards. The luxurious complex with the tallest buildings in Paphos secured two more international awards in the categories of:
- Mixed Use Architecture and
- Mixed-Use Development at the European Property Awards held on October 27 at "The Royal Lancaster" in London.
It should be noted that these are not the first awards secured by Soho Resort since it has already won numerous awards in previous years such as:

- Best Apartment / Condominium
- Best Mixed-Use Architecture
